The All-New 2020 Hyundai Palisade Is Coming Soon to Tuttle-Click Hyundai

An exciting new Hyundai SUV is coming soon... the 2020 Hyundai Palisade. This will replace Hyundai's current three-row SUV, the Santa Fe XL. The Palisade will be three inches longer than the Santa Fe XL, with a four-inch-longer wheelbase. It will also be much roomier inside, with plenty of seating space for eight. There will also be a one-touch system to move the second-row seats forward for access to the third row, and power-folding third-row seats are optional for easier access to the larger cargo area. A full array of active-safety features will come standard on every Palisade trim level. Key extras on higher trim levels will include a head-up display, 20-inch wheels, and additional USB ports for the rear seats. Other thrilling new features available on the Palisade will include an in-car intercom with rear seat conversation/sleep mode, a sleek, modern digital instrument cluster, and an ultrasonic rear occupant alert, which warns you via smartphone text to retrieve a child or pet left in the rear seats of the vehicle. With the Hyundai Palisade's new blind view monitor, there will be cameras on side-view mirrors that show a video feed of the vehicle's blind spot that you can view on its instrument panel cluster. An available hands-free smart power liftgate with auto open will make loading the Palisade a cinch.

The 2020 Hyundai Palisade will have a fresh new exterior design as well, featuring a large hexagonal front grille with an interesting split-headlight setup somewhat reminiscent of the smaller Hyundai Kona crossover. The rear end is distinctive, too, thanks to its large taillights. Under the hood, the new Palisade will come with a 3.8-liter V-6 engine mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission and your choice of front- or all-wheel drive. The Palisade's engine will have one more horsepower and 10-pound-feet more torque than the Santa Fe XL, and will be able to run on the Atkinson cycle for better fuel economy. It will also be able to tow up to 5,000 pounds with its available tow package. The 2020 Hyundai Palisade will be the biggest of all Hyundai crossovers when it goes on sale in summer 2019.
